SteemPh-Cebu Art Guide Contest

Hi steemians! I am here to share my talent in painting. This is my simple entry on SteemPh-Cebu Art Guide Contest.

Materials to have :
Sketchbook (or any paper that is thicker will do)
Pencil
Water color
(dedication and motivation)

This is the portrait image of my older brother who is an Educator . I get inspired by him whenever he gives me inspirational and motivational messages. So i decided to paint him instead.

First step is you have to draw the outline of the subject (you can print out your subject so that you can have your guide for lightings and shadows)
Second step, start combining the colors by following the hue of the different colors, start from the face, followed by the arms.



next, for the background of the subject you can do the same pattern by following the lightings using light colors and a little for the dark colors.
