I don't really understand about the Chinese New Year celebrations that coincide with what date, because I am not part of the community that celebrates it.
But I once witnessed a form of celebration carried out by some congregations in a shopping center.
There I saw many banners installed in various corners of the market to commemorate the Chinese New Year ..
