Cynthia Erivo and Leslie Odom, Jr, star in the upcoming biopic Harriet about the legendary life of Harriet Tubman. The movie was filmed in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas last Fall. Cynthia Erivo is known for her Tony award-winning performance in Broadway's The Color Purple. Leslie Odom, Jr. is known for his Tony award-winning performance in Hamilton. The film is set for release later this year.
