DARK SKY CITY:

The IDA International Dark Sky Community is a city, city, municipality, or other legally organized community, non-standard to protect the night sky through the quality of external lighting regulations, black sky teaching Minorally exhibited.

It is due to artificial sky due to light naturally darkening 5-10 times in cities compared to artificial light from the sky. Natural midgets can come from natural light sources such as sun, moon, stars, or even more.
