How to Grow Aloe Vera at Home

The fresh gel of aloe vera has numerous applications at home, both for the skin and to make aloe vera juice. Cultivating aloe vera is the easiest thing in the world, because there is no more grateful and resistant plant.

Popular voices say that there is no day when a new property of aloe vera is discovered. It's marvelous. A natural resource within our reach that we should take into account. This plant can be the solution to many of these daily problems and problems.

What is needed?

A large clay pot.
Half normal garden soil and half peat.
Gravel that we will put at the bottom of the pot, and that will serve as a drainage system.
The cutting of the aloe that we want to cultivate.

There are more than 200 types of aloe vera plants. Which one to choose then? Take note of the best ones:

ALOE ARBORESCENS: It is considered prima prima aloe vera and has the shape of "octopus". It usually grows very fast and it does, however, in the form of a shrub, which can reach up to 4 meters. Aloe vera is a rustic plant that can be grown both indoors and outdoors. In fact, cultivating it inside the house is a double advantage, since, on the one hand we will have its therapeutic aloe vera gel and, on the other hand, it is a plant that absorbs many toxic chemical substances inside the home.

When carrying out the planting of aloe, it must be done from one of the shoots or children of an adult plant. It is possible to do it through seeds but these are more difficult to find.

Aloe vera juice (internal use)
In case you have any type of condition in the digestive system. Aloe vera is a plant that calms the irritation of the tissues, both in the skin and in the internal tissues. Therefore, aloe vera juice is indicated in ulcers, gastritis, stomach acidity, constipation, bad digestion, etc.

Aloe vera gel (external use)
The fresh gel of aloe vera has been used traditionally to soothe the skin in case of: acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, burns, pecks of insects, delicate skins, skin charred after sunbathing and all kinds of skin alterations, because It has an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect.

Aloe vera cellular regenerating syrup

This aloe vera syrup can be used for short periods of time to stimulate the immune system and as a general cell regenerator. You will need to:

1 stalk of aloe vera
350g of honey
1 tablespoon of propolis tincture

Elaboration:

1.-Cut the aloe vera stalk and introduce it whole (without removing the outer layer or anything) into the blender jar.

2.-Add to the glass of the blender 350g of honey and a spoonful of tincture of propolis,

3.-Beat everything well and put the result in a glass container. Let it marinate for 21 days and take a spoonful of the syrup, between 1 and 3 times a day.
