Rape Victims in India !!

Rapes are getting comman in India. It is a shameful act and the one who do deserves a severe punishment from the government. Rapist should not be let free in the society they should be punished hang till death.Government is taking suitable steps to provide aids to rape victims and are giving new chance to start their life once again.
