"Puto Bumbong"

Puto-bumbong is one of the Philippines' delicacies and traditionally served during Christmas season. It is made of a variety of glutinous rice called Pirurutong which has a purple color. It is served with margarine grated coconut and mascuvado sugar.
As a Filipino, Christmas Season isn't complete without puto bumbong.
