The Central Park Urban Complex is a residential, commercial, cultural, recreational and financial development, executed by the Simón Bolívar Center and located in the El Conde Urbanization of Caracas, Libertador Municipality of the Capital District.

Within the complex are the Twin Towers of Central Parkl, two office skyscrapers that for decades have become an icon of Venezuelan architecture and Caracas in particular. For more than 22 years, since 1979 (when the West Tower was inaugurated) until 2003, they held the title of the tallest skyscrapers in Latin America, until they were surpassed by the Torre Mayor in Mexico City and in 2013 by the Great Tower Santiago of the Costanera Center complex of Santiago de Chile in South America.
The Twin Towers of Central Park or Towers of Central Park are two skyscrapers of 225 m of height and 60 floors, this last one is the second highest skyscraper of South America after the Great Tower Santiago part of the Costanera Center commercial complex, nevertheless, they showed the title of the highest in Latin America since 1987, the year in which the height was reduced to the Pemex Tower.
