It's been 18 days since we joined the SNDBOX SUMMER CAMP, so far, all the work done in conjunction with SNDBOX has paid off. They're really incubating our project, several initiatives and ideas have arisen in which sndbox has provided us with support and guidance.

One of that initiatives is a contest to promote and reward creativity, art, and literature on STEEM.

Our advances during the SNDBOX SUMMER CAMP, and why support to the CELF project?

Up to now, there have been many advances thanks to @sndbox mentoring, and also the feedback provided by all the CELF summer camp members. Many of these developments have to do with certain aspects that are very important in the realisation of a succesful project on STEEM. Let's talk about a few of them:

• An internal collaborative model of curatorship:

To form a team of "associate curators", who will commit themselves to delegate a fraction of their SP to the project in order to receive rewards from earnings collected by our "Supporting Art" magazine section (curation report) based on their contributions (articles accepted and exhibited in the section). The curators who don't have the possibility or don't want to delegate SP may become part of the "volunteer curators" team, who will also earn rewards but lower than the "associate curators".

The structure would then look like this:

• Half or more of the liquid STEEM income will be used for power up.
• What's left over will be used to pay the curators.

This is a model which is still under development and discussion, as its viability and sustainability depends on the income generated by our curation reports and the income SP delegations.

It is important to ensure that kind of financial support so that the project has a real impact by distributing rewards through manual curatorship.
