Let's talk about metaphors (Notes of a Bad Poet)

Playing with metaphors is like Jazz. Yes, it is when you have to create something that already exists but in a way that has never been created. There is the key to literature, to write, declaim and illustrate what has never been said, is the magical and sacred task of the poet.

I have always been familiar with metaphors, it is something mystical. It is not the same to say for example: childhood that The tenderness of the age between my toys just as it is not the same to say sex as to say The peak of our meeting before the universe of fire.

I have been very focused on metaphors because I feel that it is a way in which our mind can break all the schemes. And thanks to that, what may seem like a bed can become an infinite planet in which we dream caught in fire.

About "Metaphors of a Bad Poet"

For this story I focused first on the importance of communicating through a letter. We would never say the same things through a letter that by a message from Discord or Whatsapp, the letter invites us to say what we will only say once and that we will surely read countless times to never forget it.

I enjoy playing with the mind of the reader, confusing from time to time, making everything more playful. What seems to be an answer to a woman, perhaps is also an introspective dialogue or a dialogue with love. A search to understand everyday things in life that we find in others, such as insecurity in love, depression, distance, what we appear and are not, adversity, etc. That is why if we read the letter several times we will realize that the character who writes it is slightly contradicted in some sentences and sometimes it is annoying and sometimes a little harmless.

I want to continue with this method. Since I published Metáforas de La Mar, a story that I made with the intention of imposing metaphors as a system of writing, I wanted to write only about metaphors, I have more words that I will publish soon, but I do not want to be alone in this because although I am very grateful that people appreciate my work, I would like those who write to dare to play with metaphors. And that suddenly comes out a paper entitled ''Metaphors of Wind''. It's an example. It's something I'm excited to think about.

Thanks to @celfmagazine and @sndbox for having the great initiative of making the first #celfchallenge for which I have written Metaphors of a Bad Poet. It was a very good experience guys, let's continue working for art.
