These apps are not worth the hassle- I tried a few on both Android and Iphone, and unless you want to wreck a phone overheating it, they aren't a good way to get into mining.
Even a Monero mining script in a web page makes a decent laptop very glitchy and hot, so imagine what it does to a little passively cooled phone processor...
