I believe that there are those born to be in the spotlight.

The ones of whom I speak have incredible gifts and they shine bright and are a constant on the planet; always in action, always giving. And they find a way to express what they do through multiple streams. They understand the gifts they have been given and they have the wisdom to know how, where and when to apply them.

These are they that truly deserve to be in the spotlight and they are not the ones that crave the spotlight or step over others to get to it, but they are the ones that focus on the work at the moment and many of them wake up one day to discover that they have arrived. They are apart and in the company of the universal collective Legends that left their mark and imprint in history.

And it is so interesting that when they are asked what do they attribute their success to one of the main answers that keep showing up from them all including the company of the millionaires and the billionaires, is “hard work”.

Today I want to celebrate and bring to CENTERSTAGE, a Steemian that absolutely checks many of the boxes of the characteristics mentioned above.

He came to us on the Steemit Platform just recently in January of this year(2018).

Two things that he is doing on Steemit that stands out as great things for the platform are: 1.) He is a prolific resteemer. 2.) He is a curator of Music, film, and art.

Recently I presented him with a few questions so that we can get to know @asonintrigue better.

The Interview

Question 1

Ren: @asonintrigue what would you like your fellow Steemians to know about you, the unique gifts you have and what you would like to accomplish on Steemit?

Answer 1

@asonintrigue: Well, I'm a filmmaker, music video producer/music producer. I am the co-founder of the film production company The Fringe Life Squad and with record label Definition Music. I hope to build an audience of music and film lovers who would enjoy the things we make. I am also hoping to collaborate with people on Steemit to make art with interesting people.

Ren: Please share your upcoming project.

@asonintrigue: My team The Fringe Life Squad is very close to releasing our new film Poster Grrl. It's based on the true story of Writer/Co-Director Chelsea Anders and the journey to recover from Alcoholism and Drug addiction We originally planned on doing our online premiere with Amazon, but they are not very helpful for small teams like us. So we decided to do our premiere on Steemit. We think there are a lot of people out there who will find a little bit of themselves here and hopefully we can connect with those people.

Question 3

Ren: What have you learned or how have your grown from being on Steemit thus far?

Answer 3

@asonintrigue: I have learned that there are a lot of people out there craving a better social media experience. Like my team, there are a lot of people that want to connect based on the art they make. I see a lot of people actually commenting and engaging about the things they make. I tend to be pretty callous about our premieres and releases because they don't always result in engagement. I have also learned that there are people out there that want to engage and I see it all over here on Steemit.
