One thing is clear.This post is written intentionally.Behavior and attitude of one CEO can describe the working culture of that company.Overall growth of organisation depends on how is the boss / CEO of that company.I had seen many bosses.but some bosses are like "money is what matters,rest does not matters".
On international women's day,he is giving red rose to all women in organisation,at the same time,he is throwing "some visiting cards" to other women sitting in meeting room.
Today,2 employees went to him to increase salary as it has already been 6 months,but he was like no,never,never expect those things.instead he was telling for he is not going to relieve them as they had to stay till may.
People are working from last 2 year,they are not getting well,and even after completing years,he is not giving any
increment to any one.
We are in delima,that we will get some hike,some incentives,some relaxation...but all this things are waste of time.
Due to one CEO,i dont want to hurt other CEO's of company as it's all about individual sense of thinking.
The things which i wrote above is the real life example where i am working.
I can change my company,but at least he must have some humanity type of things,that we are also working to grow ,to become little rich.but all these things does not matter to him.
