Ashok Venkataramani, former CEO of 'ABP News Network' has started his new innings as a director in 'Chrome Data Analytics & Media'.
In the field of Broadcast Distribution Audits and Primary Media Research, 'Chrome DM' has been playing an important role in the country for a long time. Over the years, the company has also caught up with Big Data as well as in the field of Primary Consumer Research and Analytics.
Chrome DM recently launched a new vertical called 'Consumer and Market Research Services'. With this vertical, the field forces of Chrome, spread across 3300 cities and 215,000 towns for primary consumer research, are using their technology tools as well. In a short span of six months, brands and clients like Mercedes, Dabur, Gioni, Lava, Urban Development Ministry, Toyota, BJP have joined it.
Venkataraman has about 25 years of experience in the field of Sales, Marketing, and General Management of 'FMCG' and 'Broadcasting Sector'. It is believed that the appointment of Venkataraman will strengthen this initiative. Though he will sit in Mumbai he will have equal contribution to the team of Delhi. Venkataraman says, "Chrome has made a lot of progress in the last few years and today more than 600 TV channels have accepted it. I am very happy to join the team. '
