What you gather about how you've spent your time doesn't have to be really precise or completely accurate. Just an estimate can be enough to analyze your efficiency.

Obtain your numbers like above by looking at your calendar and email, and then combined it with a rough idea of specifics like hours spent in air travel and ride shares etc.

You can keep a daily journal (TIME JOURNAL) to record you time spent on activities or better yet simply do up a spreadsheet to record down your time spent in a format you can filter and analyse easily.

You can do all this on your mobile when you use this awesome software called WPS Office which includes a mobile spreadsheet program

It can be easy to lose track of where your time goes in any role within an organization. Even more so if you're the CEO, but it can be possible with the right software or Awesomenessgear :)
