Through the TDP program Development of Technician Development Program PT Medco E & P Malaka is currently spurring the completion of Block A oil project in East Aceh with production target in the first quarter of 2018.
Therefore, to support the development of local resources, Medco trained 40 Acehnese youth to become skilled workers about the oil and gas industry at the Oil and Gas Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM Migas) in Cepu Regency, East Java which is directly educated by the teaching team when in cepu is from PPSDM Migas.
Since the adoption of acceptance as an employee of PT Medco E & P Malaka, 40 Acehnun children were flown to Cepu, East Java to follow the Technician Development Program.
To the 40 Acehnese children before leaving the land of rencong in order to serve as the glorious generation who follow the Technician Development Program
