0xcert Protocol is an open source protocol that confirms the ownership of non-interchangeable and indivisible tokens . I will explain that non-fungible tokens are tokens of the standard ERC-721 . Tokens of this format have their own unique number, which makes it indivisible and non-interchangeable. For those who do not understand what it means to be non-interchangeable or indivisible, I give an example: by conditionally taking 1 $ we can divide it into 100 cents, then 1 $ is divisible. Also, we can replace $ 1 with another $ 1, which tells us about the interchangeability, not at the expense of the value in the exchange.
In fact, this project focuses on the future market of non-interchangeable smart contracts.
First of all, 0xcert plans to connect ERC-721 issuers with non-interchangeable token holders using decentralized applications developed on their own platform. These same decentralized applications will be created to verify smart contracts. While it sounds interesting enough :)
The next thing that links the token of the token and the business model of the project are open source tools and libraries. Also, a SDK ( software development kit ) will be provided to various developers. In fact, the SDK will be used by the 0xcert and community developers themselves.
Proof of ownership or proof of ownership. The main essence of non-interchangeable tokens is to prove the possession of an asset / antiques / game artifact, etc. Also, they are aimed at linking intangible assets (intangible tokens) on the block with the issuer of this token. It turns out that the intangible asset is supported by a token, which acts as a proof of the validity of this asset, and also these tokens digitize intangible assets on the block.
There will be two tokens:
The first is divisible (fungible) on the ERC-20 standard — it’s the same utility (they can pay for transactions inside the 0xcert network and speculate on the exchanges);
The second non-fungible, in turn, will act as a digitization of intangible assets on the blockade + act as proof of possession of the asset / playing cards / antiques, etc.

He is also the adviser of such projects as Cofound.it, Indigo, Datafund and others.
In general, the basis of the team is not at the highest level. However, it is worth paying attention to the SOE and his work experience.
Advisers.
William Entriken
Top adviser with a colossal experience. It works directly with non-fungible smart contracts. Also developed the interface for the etherium protocol standard ERC-721 . At the moment, he is an adviser in BLMP (Singapore blocking start-up). He had experience in CDI Corporation as a senior financial analyst (the company’s revenue per year is $ 985 million for 2015). In Google, I worked for 4 months as an independent contractor (Independent Contractor).
Partnerships.
In fact, half of these partners remain unknown to me and I’ve never heard of them before, except for Fengshui Capital and Trust Wallet. In turn, Fengshui has a small portfolio with well-known projects: Vault12, Nebula AI, Loki.
There was a 15–20% bonus on the private sale;
The public presale bonus is 10% (Beginning July 2 17:00 CEST and the end of July 4 17:00 CEST);
Crowdsdale bonus of 0–5% (Beginning July 4 17:00 CEST and the end of July 18 17:00 CEST).
Privates and presales do not have any vestiges or locks.
