Leadership is something that we must develop in the performance of our work, it becomes easier when we are born with that desire to lead, or it simply comes out naturally. But it does not mean that one can not acquire that aptitude, the knowledge and the experience of some form go influencing in the character and aptitude of the individual.
Some characteristics that are acquired and developed to achieve effective leadership are good communication, motivation to the work team, organization, planning, responsibility and strategy.
