To successfully apply this business philosophy, it is necessary to involve all sectors of the company, from the managerial top (senior management), to the lower-ranking employee, because radical changes in the culture of the company must occur; To reap success with this administrative tool, Just in Time has its main development in companies that want to prepare aggressive competitive strategies.
