Saludos amigos de steemit


Esta es mi entrada de hoy al reto de @loreennaa... La naturaleza en mi ciudad.


Hoy les traigo fotos de la planta de ORÉGANO que está creciendo en el jardín de mis padres.


Ayer fui a visitar a mis padres y aproveché la oportunidad de tomarle foto a esta planta de orégano. Esta muy fresca y reluciente.


El orégano es una planta con muchas propiedades para el organismo, ella combate muchas enfermedades y es por eso que si tienes una en tu jardín, gozarás de muchos beneficios para tu salud.

Algunos de los beneficios son: actúa como digestivo, trata afecciones respiratorias, es carminativo, sirve como antibiótico, es un excelente antioxidante natural, actúa como estrogénico, calma dolores menstruales, también alivia dolores de cabeza y ayuda a mejorar la circulación.       Hola! En mi casa también tienen unas plantitas de orégano orejón... y cuando le pega la brisa o te acercas puedes apreciar su olor. Aquí lo utilizan en algunas comidas para condimentar, y una vez que visite un vivero escuche decir que usar las hojas de esta planta es ideal para colocarlo en el oido si tienes una infección, y que de ahí su nombre. Saludos!
