Cuarentena saludable

Decidí seguir entrenando durante la cuarentena, decretada acá en mi país desde el pasado lunes 16 de Marzo, hoy compartire la rutina del 4to :
Calentamiento : 100saltos simples de cuerda
Wod: - 10 burpees

  • 20 air squats
  • 30 power push up
  • 40 superman
  • 50 Mountain climb
    100 single
    4 round
  • Primera vez que hago power push up, es rudo!
