Today I want to share with you the richness that happens today afternoon as I had a craving to eat something very delicious and sweet, I decided to make for myself and my family a "RICH WAFLES" popularly called "Gofre" from Belga alla is prepared with egg, milk, dough and condiments

In venezuela requires the following ingredients:

1 egg
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder or baking soda
1 trickle of vanilla
1/2 cup liquid milk

The preparation is as follows:

Mix the egg (without separating the egg yolk) with a blender or blender for 10 minutes until it rises in volume, then pour the sugar and mix until it gets a little consistent
We proceed to throw the vanilla and the milk mix until well dissolved and then we sifted with a strainer the flour and the baking powder to avoid lumps in the mixture to beat until a medium thick mixture is reached so that we can handle it
