¡HOLA COMUNIDAD!
En éste post les vengo a compartir una receta riquísima, ideal para una tarde de merienda; además es muy fácil y rápida de realizar.
Acá los ingredientes:
250 gr de margarina o mantequilla repostera.
500 gr de azúcar.
4 huevos.
500 gr de harina leudante (pueden usar harina "todo uso" y añadirle una cucharadita de polvo leudante (de las que se usan para el café o té)
500 ml de jugo de naranja natural.
Ralladura de una naranja.
Esencia de vainilla al gusto (opcional).
- Batimos la margarina con el azúcar hasta que se integren.
- Añadimos los huevos uno a uno y vamos batiendo.
- Ahora vamos añadiendo la harina con el polvo de hornear y vamos mezclando, alternando con el jugo de naranja.
- Por último, añadimos la esencia de vainilla y la ralladura e integramos.
- Vertemos la mezcla en un molde engrasado y enharinado y metemos al horno a 250° C por aproximadamente 35 - 40 minutos, o hasta que al introducir un palillo, éste salga seco.
- Dejamos que enfríe, separamos del molde con un cuchillo, y desmoldamos.
Tips:
★ Para darle un toque distinto, puedes usar frutas confitadas que añadirás a la mezcla antes de vaciarla al molde (Recuerda pasar las frutas por un poquito de harina para que no se vayan al fondo y se peguen). También puedes agregarle pasas.
★ Puedes decorarla con una cobertura de chocolate, o con un glaseado de limón (yo utilicé éste; solo mezclé unas 3 cucharadas de azúcar glass, jugo de limón y dos gotas de colorante vegetal y cubrí la torta con ésta mezcla).
Es una receta sencilla y muy deliciosa. Espero la disfruten.
