RECETA - "Seitan con verduras"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? Hoy he cocinado seitan, es un sustituto a la carne, nunca antes lo había cocinado y decidí probarlo. La verdad me recuerda el sabor un poco a pan, es un sabor raro, prefiero la soja texturizada, pero aún así la receta salió muy rica.




INGREDIENTES
  • Tomates cherry
  • Cebolleta
  • Pimientos de asar
  • Berenjena
  • Seitán
  • Tomate frito


  • Ponemos las berenjenas cortadas en rodajas en agua con sal y dejamos que reposen por lo menos 20 minutos.
  • Cortamos los pimientos, la cebolla, y el seitan en tiras y pelamos los tomates cherry quitándole la piel y lo echamos en un bol.
  • Luego añadimos el tomate frito y mezclamos todo bien.
  • En una bandeja, ponemos una capa de berenjena y luego otra de verduras, luego otra de berenjena y luego otra de verduras y metemos al horno durante 45 minutos a 180º.
  • Lo sacamos del horno y ¡a comer!
