No esperéis una receta que soy un malísimo cocinillas, solo quería mostrar lo bien que me trataron este finde en casa de unos amigos, ellos saben de mi tendencia alimenticia y pusieron lo mejor de ellos en hacer que disfrutara de su compañía y de su arte culinario.
Os puedo prometer que la ensalada estaba espectacular, nunca la había comido con fresas, le da un toque único, ese sabor agridulce que se mezcla en el paladar y te trasporta a un mundo se sensaciones.
Que decir del segundo plato , hacer que el brócoli se convierta en bocado di cardinale no es cosa fácil... créeme que ya no se en que forma lo voy a cocinar para que no me resulte tan aburrido y tedioso. Acertó de pleno en la salsa y en la pasta de espinacas.
Ellos me honraron con ricos manjares y yo los honré con mi ilustrísima presencia , tándem inecuanime para disfrute de largas tardes de primavera que anuncian deliciosas veladas veraniegas que están por llegar
