Cordero al Curry

Ingredientes :

1Kg Paleta o pecho de cordero
2 Cucharadas de aceite
Agua caliente
1 1/2 Cucharaditas de sal
1 Hoja de laurel
6 granos de pimienta
2 Cebollas picadas
1 Cucharadita de perejil picado
1/4 Taza de harina
1 Cucharadita de polvo curry
2 Cucharadas de agua fria
2 Tazas de caldo

Preparacion :

Corte el cordero en trozos pequeños. Dore en el aceite y cubra con agua caliente .
Añada la sal, el laurel, la pimienta, las cebollas y el perejil.
Cocine a fuego suave por 2 horas, cuele y retire la carne.
Aparte, mezcle la harina, el curry y el agua fria. Añada el caldo y cocine hasta que espese.
Agregue la carne, caliente y sirva preferente sobre arroz hervido
