I agree in general, but one small adjustment I'd make only if someone is active and exercising, preferably bike riding or swimming would be to say fruit juice can be okay, although a smoothie would be more ideal obviously.
Somtimes you need calories and Juice isn't bad calories unless you eat high-fat (then it messes with your blood-sugar), it's just relatively dense for most people to have who are sedentary.
The rest, for sure, too many people think low-fat yogurt is good for weight loss, especially the greek-types, but I'd strongly disagree.

Yes for sure! I eat a lot fried food and sweet also. And I love drink soft drinks especially coke !!! How come we need to avoid eating those delicious food in our life !
