I've noted down the names in a spreadsheet then I'll use a randomiser website and let that bit select one username from the spreadsheet.

I don't think so cause I'm doing this after every 2 hours so no mistakes. It becomes pain when done altogether but doing it after every 2 hours ensures no mistake and by the way I don't have to calculate that cause I'm using a spreadsheet and so it's very easy to do it
