This seems like a nice good place to go shopping. I've been to the Gotemba Premium Outlets twice, it's also a very nice outlet with lots of shops ranging from low prices to high end fashion brands. If the skies are clear the day u visit the outlet, u may even have a chance to see the Fuji Mountain, overall it was a nice experience:)
