Is there a reason ChainBB is down each weekend?

Dear ChainBB support,

I have a daily post that I like to do on chainbb and I've noticed that each weekend, of late, the forum has not been available for posting.

Is there a specific reason for this?

Yours Truly,

A big fan.

seems to be working but slow

It has only been on the weekends. I'm usually composing a post early on a Saturday and a Sunday morning and the forums don't load.

Hrm, it shouldn't be down. I use it every day and haven't see this happening. I'll keep an eye on it over the weekend though.

This weekend has proven to be the exception. I have definitely noted several Friday evenings EST time when I've been unable to post on chainbb. Hopefully it was just an anomaly.

Hrm, so you could read and just not post? For posting, chainBB uses the same public interface that Steemit.com uses, so I wonder if an increase in traffic over there could be causing interference.

Woops..wrong account. :-)

This should be the Seablue account replying.

When I would load the page, the title bars of the interface would show, but where the content would be displayed just showed an animated circle that when on endlessly. I recalled you sometimes had to replay the blockchain due to some server issues, so I was assuming this was always happening on a Friday evening.
