This week is over too. Work wise it was very stressful because I needed to select whom to lay off. My company is forced by management to quit people, whether it makes sense or not. We got a quota for each department and we had to decide.
No matter what kind of decision you make, it is always wrong because you can not choose people on a flat rate. Well, if I had not done it, I would have been on the list.
I was traveling 4 days this week and therefore only went 3 times to the gym where I trained my back, my legs and my shoulder. At least the whole thing has stabilized here and it is on a good track.
For the main project, I had little time this week, which I have used. Had some interesting talks. Because of the general situation in the market, everyone is a bit tense. Everyone is very cautious and steps are analysed 10 times as usual.
On Steem I was rather less active because of the time. I see here that things are moving, but I can not judge if it's the right direction or not.

diese Woche ist auch vorbei. Arbeitsmässig war es sehr stressig weil ich durfte dieses mal auswählen wenn man rausschmeissen soll. Mein Unternehmen ist gezwungen von Management, Leute zu kündigen, egal ob es Sinn macht oder nicht. Wir haben für jede Abteilung eine Quota bekommen und man musste entscheiden.
Egal was für eine Entscheidung man macht, die ist immer falsch weil man kann pauschal nicht die Leute auswählen. Na ja, wenn ich es nicht gemacht hätte, wäre ich auf der Liste gewesen.
Ich war diese Woche 4 Tage unterwegs und darum nur 3 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich den Rücken, die Beine und die Schulter trainiert habe. Zumindets hier hat sich das ganze stabilisiert und das ganze ist auf einem guten Weg.
Für das Hauptprojekt hatte ich diese Woche wenig Zeit, habe es aber genutzt. Hatte ein paar interessante Gespräche. Wegen der generellen Situation auf dem Markt sind alle ein bisschen eingespannt. Nimmt möchte Schritte eingehen die nicht 10 mal durchdacht sind.
Auf Steem war ich eher weniger aktiv wegen der Zeit. Ich sehe hier das sich die Sachen bewegen, kann ich aber nicht beurteilen ob es die richtige Richtung ist oder nicht.
