this week is also over. I thought I had more time for my personal projects, but unfortunately it was not like that. I was traveling for 5 days. These days were really full, and in the few free time I needed a rest. Well, next week it should be better, because I will be traveling only 3 days. I have to change my car again next week so I'll spend more time on the road.
Because I was traveling so much this week, I could not properly keep my training schedule. I was only 2 times to the gym where I trained my back and shoulders. The muscles that hold the spine still need to be trained to stand straight.
I did not do anything for the main project. This is really disappointing for me because that's where my focus should be. I think I have to look for a mentor here because mentors can change a lot. I used to have a mentor and that helped a lot.
Nothing new on Steem. I am still waiting to see when the SMTs come and what will change with it. I only invested in Steemmonsters this week. I think I will continue to invest in Steem projects if it makes sense.

diese Woche geht auch zu ende. Ich dachte ich hätte mehr Zeit für meine persönliche Projekte, aber leider war es nicht so. ich war 5 Tage unterwegs. Diese Tage waren richtig voll, und wo ich die freie Zeit fürs ausruhen. Na ja, nächste Woche sollte es besser werden, weil ich nur 3 Tage unterwegs sein werde. Ich muss nächste Woche mein Auto wieder wechseln und werde deswegen mehr Zeit auf der Straße verbringen.
Weil ich diese Woche so viel unterwegs war, konnte ich nicht richtig mein Trainingsplan einhalten. Ich war nur 2 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich den Rücken und die Schultern trainiert habe. Die Muskeln die die Wirbelsäule halten müssen noch trainiert werden um gerade zu stehen.
Ich habe nichts für den Hauptprojekt gemacht. Das ist für mich wirklich enttäuschend weil dort sollte mein Fokus liegen. Ich denke ich muss hier mir ein Mentor suchen, weil Mentoren können vieles ändern. ich hatte früher ein Mentor und das hat massiv geholfen.
Auf Steem nichts neues. ich bin noch am warten um zu sehen wann die SMTs kommen und was wird sich damit ändern. Ich habe nur in Steemmonsters diese Woche investiert. Ich denke ich werde weiterhin in Steem Projekte investieren wenn es Sinn macht.
