Another week is over and we are approaching the end of the year. It has been a very tough year so far and it will not be easier because of the global market. I think you should be scared of such a storm, but somehow you're never safe.
I was traveling 6 days this week. Yes, 6 days are already a lot, I feel that and is not feasible in the long run. I'm just glad that my family is behind me and understands what I'm doing.
Unfortunately, I was only once in the gym where I trained the back. Here I am hurt from the long drive. It has gotten a little better lately but that comes from the exercises I do for strengthening the back muscles.
For the main project I have new ideas and maybe I have to bring in a new plan. I've always gone from plan A, but a plan B, C, ... can not hurt. you should always be flexible and be able to see other pages as well.
On Steem, I enjoy most the games at the moment.
Steem is for me a small foot in my life constellation. It was much bigger earlier, but now it is getting weaker. Let's see what the future brings.

eine weitere Woche ist wieder vorbei und wir gehen dem Jahresende zu. Es war ein sehr hartes Jahr bis jetzt und es wird nicht leichter wegen des globalen Weltmarkts. Ich bin der Meinung dass man sich absuchern sollte gegen so ein Sturm, aber irgendwie ist man nie sicher.
Ich war diese Woche 6 Tage unterwegs. Ja, 6 Tage sind schon viel, das spürre ich und ist auf dauer nicht machbar. Ich bin nur froh das meine Familie hinter mir steht und versteht was ich mache.
Ich war leider nur einmal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich den Rücken trainiert habe. Hier habe ich schmerzen von der langen Autofahrt. Es ist ein bisschen besser geworden in letzter Zeit, aber das kommt von den Übungen die ich mache für die Stärkung der Rückenmuskeln.
Für den Hauptprojekt habe ich neue Ideen und vielleicht muss ich ein neuen Plan einbringen. Ich bin immer von Plan A vorgegangen, aber da kann ein Plan B, C,... nicht schaden. man sollte imemr flexibel sein und auch andere Seiten sehen können.
Auf Steem machen mir am meisten die Spiele spaß. Steem ist für mich eine kleines Fuß in meiner Lebenskonstelation. Es war viel stärker früher, wobei jetzt es immer swächer wird. Mal sehen was die Zukunft bringt.
