Hello,
another week comes to an end and a new page of my journal is now being written. I was in the Czech Republic for 5 days this week. Unfortunately, I was busy with the customers from early morning until late at night and could not do anything else. Now December is coming and hope that everything will be more relaxed.
Unfortunately I was only 2 times to the gym where I trained the back and the legs. I had some pain in my back again and I have to handle the weights and exercises carefully. The pain has become smaller than a year ago.
For my main project, unfortunately, I have made only very wen. Here I blame myself because I just do not leave other things. The time where I do things here is also unfavorable because it is from Monday to Friday from 9-16 clock. I'm mostly busy with the work.
I mostly play on Steem. Steemmonsters has now become much bigger and I think they have a good future going on. Nextcolony is moving, albeit a little slower in the right direction.
Our witness, the @ro-witness, is running good. Is ranked 75th this week. Thank you for your votes!

eine weitere Woche geht zu ende und eine neue Seite meines Journals wird jetzt geschrieben. Ich war diese Woche für 5 Tage in Tschechien unterwegs. Leider war ich von früh morgens bis in der Nacht mit den Kunden beschäftigt und konnte nichts anderes machen. Jetzt folgt Dezember und hoffe das alles entspannter werden wird.
War leider nur 2 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich den Rücken und die Beine trainiert habe. Ich hatte wieder ein paar Schmerzen in Rücken und muss vorsichtig mit den Gewichten und Übungen umgehen. Die Schmerzen sind kleiner geworden als vor einem Jahr.
Für mein Hauptprojekt habe ich leider nur sehr wenug gemacht. Hier bin ich selber Schuld weil ich einfach nicht andere Sachen liegen lasse. Die Zeit wo ich hier Sachen erledigen ist auch ungünstig weil die liegt von Montag bis Freitag von 9-16 Uhr. Da bin ich meistens mit der Arbeit beschätigt.
Auf Steem spiele ich meistens. Steemmonsters ist jetzt deutlich größer geworden und ich denke die haben eine gute Zukunft vor sich hin. Nextcolony bewegt sich, auch wenn etwas langsamer in die richtige Richtung.
Unser Witness, den @ro-witness, läuft gut. Wir sind jetzt auf Platz 75. Danke für eure Stimmen!
