Hello,
it was the last week of the year or, if you want to say, of the decade.
This week I actually only wrote 2 emails for work and I didn't do anything else. It was a bit difficult to change my mindset here, but it helped a lot. I spent more time with my family, which is very important to me.
This week I only went to the gym once, where I trained my back. We are on the road from Tuesday on and I had no focus on sports this week. The whole thing will come back when we get back home.
People ask me what my main project is. I will say it today. I buy real estate and rent or sell it. I think that this will give me the freedom I need in 10 years. If a few apartments are paid off, everything will be easier because they will produce money every month.
Not everything is going according to plan at the moment. Next year I have to put in a lot more effort and re-evaluate and reposition the whole thing. Today I paid the last bills for this year.
On Steem I only do a power down to be liquid and from the next week my accounts should go up again.
I continue to buy cards on Steemmonster to be able to win more here.

es war die letzte Woche des Jahres oder wenn man sagen möchte, des Jahrzentes.
Diese Woche habe ich eigentlich nur 2 E-Mails für die Arbeit geschrieben und ansonsten habe ich nichts gemacht. Es war ein bisschen schwer meine Einstellung hier zu ändern, aber es hat mir sehr viel geholfen. Ich habe mehr Zeit mit meiner Familie verbracht, welches für mich sehr wichtig ist.
Diese Woche war ich nur einmal ins Fitnessstudio, wo ich mein Rücken trainiert habe. Wir sind ab Dienstag unterwegs und da hatte ich kein Fokus auf Sport diese Woche. Das ganze kommt wieder wenn wir zurück nach Hause kommen.
Leute fragen mich was mein Hauptprojekt ist. Ich werde es heute sagen. Ich kaufe Imobillien und vermiete oder verkaufe diese. Ich denke das wird mir die Freiheit in 10 Jahren geben die ich brauche. Wenn ein paar Wohnungen abbezahlt sind, wird alles leichter weil diese werden jeden Monat Geld produzieren.
Momentan läuft nicht alles nach Plan. Nächstes Jahr muss ich ein deutlich höheres Aufwand vor mir nehmen und das ganze neu bewerten und aufstellen. Heute habe ich die letzten Rechnungen für dieses Jahr bezahlt.
Auf Steem mache ich nur noch ein Power Down um liquide zu sein und ab der nächsten Woche sollten meine Konten wieder nach oben steigen.
Ich kaufe weiterhin Karten auf Steemmonster um hier mehr gewinnen zu können.
