On Day 4 I notice myself doing most of the basic things I set out to do during the 100 day challenge and not much more. I sticked to my morning routine, plant based diet and went out for a long run / walk in the afternoon. I can't say I did much aside from that though. I won't be too hard on myself the first 10 days as getting into the flow and keeping it up is most important to begin with. I'm thinking about setting myself some shorter term goals also to move out of my more lazy mindset. After eating healthy and working ut each day for 4 days I allready feel more healthy and strong.
I'm also thinking where I want to go with Steemit, I have a primary account which is focussed more on my financial goals and intended to swictch that over to more health related stuff. I like consistency and am thinking og building this account because steemit seems to have a nice health related community to interact with and learn from. Main issue is the time it takes to manage 2 different accunts in the future. For now I will just stick to using this account as a personal diary during my 100 Day Challenge and see where it goes afterwards.
