I invite those who want to test themselves, competing with an opponent.

In addition to the hellish thirty days, you will receive a colossal experience in knowing your willpower and your body. We will share the methods of training and recovery, help each other to stimulate enthusiasm!

I start on the 1st of September. I will share my impressions in a closed group in the FB (for the exchange of weekly photos). On the open page in the same place you can discuss technology, diet and about this test.

In my plan of physical exercises: squats with a weight for 40 minutes + after them 20 minutes of cardio. From the diet - ketogenic diet.

Very often there is not enough motivation. There is not enough honesty for yourself. This prevents our progress ... Invite your friends to call. Share your progress in photography, discuss your weaknesses and help overcome laziness. For a trained athlete to lose weight by 20 kg within a month it is possible. But there is not enough good kick in the ass! Let the community be a stimulus for you!

Trial training. I feel that the hellish month begins ...
Squats with weights: the load is regulated by the number of repetitions, rest between sets. In general, 40 minutes.
It was very difficult to go for a run. As well as assumed - legs were hammered on the first hundreds of runs ... often took a step, but convulsions could not be avoided. Knowing what the mood will be for me, I took a portable makiwara into my backpack - tied it to a tree and took my soul.
I did not go home, but crawled.

Breakfast salad and protein cocktail. For now.
