A personal weakness which has been challenging so far and one which I would like to overcome is "crowdspeaking".
Crowdspeaking has been challenging for me so far. Anytime I attempt this, I get a cold feet and my hands start to shake and some of my audience can attest to that.
Recently, I've been indulging in so many activities that can help me overcome this weakness. Activities like prep talk, lending good advice, online feedback sessions and excess social bonding to help build not just my self esteem but my way of communication and this year I'm working towards overcoming this weakness.
