We live in technological era.We all have addiction to smartphone,tv,computer, social networks etc.Every day people spend so much time on these things.I think that is not normal. When I go out every other man is using smartphone.I am one of those man, when i am not looking who is using smartphone i am using it by myself. That is one serious problem we all need to face.Phones can be very useful, but when we use it,we use it for many unnecessary things. When you scroll down instagram in 3am and you watch funny pictures of cats is that really useful?I need to cross the river Danube so i can get to the work and i see river once in 5 times cause i am on my phone in the bus,is that normal?Yesterday i went out with my friends on a drink,i was looking around me and everyone were using phones. To take a picture of their drinks,to watch where did his friends go out on friday night,or just to scroll down social networks.I found that very disturbing. When you have internet addiction you can face some more serious problems like:feeling anxiety, increasing stress, sleep disorder, exacerbating attention deficit disorders, diminishing your ability to concentrate and think deeply or creatively...
CHALLENGE
I want to fight with my nomophobia (fear of being without a mobile phone).I erased my profile on social networks, except steemit cause i found steemit to be much more useful than other social networks and I don't spend so much time on steemit.I will use mine laptop for purpose of bloging on steemit.Phone that I will be using for that period of time is similar to nokia 3310.I will try to do this challenge for one month starting from today,if i succeed I will try to do it for 3 months. If i don't i will write blog about my experience and i will say how much days I did this sort of challenge. My goal is to have better and healthier life.Cause i spent so much time on my phone.I will start going to jym,I will read more books, hangout with my family more and so on...
