Dragos Roua ( @dragosroua) proposed a second #challenge30days in a row, after the one in May related to Steemit. The new challenge is about life hacks, and I like the subject quite a bit, so I decided to write on this topic today. Here there are the details of the challenge, if you are interested.
These hacks are very simple, but effective on the long term, especially if you stay in front of the computer many hours daily, like I do.
We are prone to both eyes and back issues, because of the many hours of subjecting our eyes to monitor's light and our body to lack of movement.
That's why it is recommended that we get up and do some light stretching or simply move around about once every 45 minutes.
Also, a monitor (including laptops', phones' screens) is known to reduce the rate at which we blink (we simply "forget to blink" for longer period of times), so every once in a while, when we become aware, we should consciously blink a few times to prevent them from drying.
If we are mostly sedentary, we should also use every opportunity to move our body instead of using cars, lifts etc. I know it's not always possible, and if one has a regular workout schedule, it's not necessary, but it doesn't hurt.
I also have a habit of working out all my joints/stretching for 5-10 minutes every morning after waking up. I've been doing so for at least 2 years straight.
being involve in some personal exercise helps to improve our mental health and also in aiding free movement of fluid and blood throughout our body. And it also prevent joint pain and dizziness also

I didn't know that physical exercise also prevents dizziness (maybe because fluids/blood circuit is also improved?), but everything else is logical and when I hear some advice that's the first criterion to qualify/disqualify: does it make sense, logically?
If you mentioned fluids and blood, also digestion is improved if one exercise instead of being completely sedentary.
