May 30 Days Writing Challenge - Day Twenty Nine: What’s The Most Consistent Benefit From This Challenge So Far?

I have to thank @dragosroua for coming up with this 30-day writing challenge that explored different aspects of Steemit and made us think introspectively of things that are happening.

It also helped me develop a habit of writing every day as I get home from work and looking for the prompt on which to expand an idea.

The challenge also gave me the opportunity to be able to write 2-3 articles a day which will help me in the long run as the more good posts that you write, the bigger the chance for you to be able to build your Steem Power.

That is one of the most important thing that you can do in Steem is to continually build your SP. I have been doing that for the past 4 months out of the 7 that I have been here. Why because I no longer saw it as a cash cow but rather want to create communities and hold long term so that my vote value will increase.

Steem is a Stake based platform and the way to increase your influence and reach is to increase your Stake in Steem Power. We all need to see that we are here for the long run.

It was also interesting what the others wrote and although no flags were received nor given for a different idea.

I always think that dissenting ideas are good for a platform we can't have all yes shilling people and we can't have too many negative Steem is dead folks as well. Having a healthy mix will bring out a way to fix things.

What Is, In Your Opinion, A Worthy Post On Steemit? A Post That "Deserves" Its Payout... | Are Ulogs worth it? was my most successful post in the 30 day challenge not because of the pay-out it received but because of the interaction and comments that I received.

We were able to explore the idea of quality and worth of a post and many had different views on the matter.

The constant replies and adding more ideas created the ripple effect of having others create reaction posts

This was what the challenge was all about to get people writing, posting, commenting and replying. These kinds of activities are needed in the platform if we are to succeed and grow as a social media platform that aims to have good content, content that people will care for and make them inspired.

Content that celebrates us being here and sharing.
