The Challenge Dac team will be rewarding 1,000 CHL to every ChallengeEOS account that participates in getting ChallengeEOS to 100 active users in a single 24 hours period
How the Challenge will work.
If Challengeeos gets over 100 users according to dappradar in a single 24 hour period. We will deposit 1,000 CHL to every account that was an active user in those 24 hours. Any account that is involved in creating, joining or completing a challenge will have their Challengeeos account published on the on blocks.io that will let us know which Challengeeos accounts to send the tokens too.
The account that win the 1,000 CHL Prize can withdrawn them and sell them on Steem engine or newdex.io or can be sent them to a different EOS account if they wish. Or the tokens holders can keep their CHL on their Challengeeos account and use them to make future Challenges!
The Challengeeos app works by allowing users to link a variety of tokens to specific Geographic location. The users who join the Challenge can win the prize by traveling to the set location named in the Challenge. Challenges can set to have anywhere from 1 to 100 winners!

Nothing against your app.
The problem is that you have incentivized and rewarded mass low quality post spamming. 99% of the posts that you have rewarded are posts belong to one scam group. Particularly one scammer Sujon Khan and his buddies.
They have their own Facebook group where they teach each other about any new possibility of exploiting Steemit through creating scam accounts that steal identities (or use identity deception), plagiarise content and spam with attempt to farm rewards. Just as they did with you freebies.
They recently have created another wave of new accounts as soon as they discovered your freebies and started spamming with these low quality spam posts that promote your tokens.
Just go through all these accounts and you see for yourself the evident, plain connection and pattern (despite obvious wallet transfer to the same account to cash out).
I think that you have entered into Steemit with a wrong idea on how to promote your tokens. That's why the reaction from the community.
The amount fo downvotes that you have received from the community on your posts and posts that you have upvoted says something about the reception on Steemit.

And about your app. Why would I even attempt to download an app on Android, who's only screenshots are of phone number and username inputs? Also, why does it require full storage access?
