Seven viral challenges, from solidarity to unconsciousness

Fashion viral challenges are increasingly present. Many initiatives run like wildfire through social networks every year, looking for adepts and daring to join them and share the images of their feat through the Internet.

In recent years, the 'challenge' have shown their faces and their cross, with proposals that are popularized by their solidarity or charity, as was throwing a bucket of ice water over in favor of the ELA -Ice Bucket Challenge- ; others for being pure entertainment, like the most recent Mannequin Challenge, and others really dangerous and in serious danger of death as was the challenge of the Blue Whale.

The 2018 started with a new danger circulating through the nets, chewing detergent tablets. As a result, we review some of the most popular challenges in recent years:

1.- #Ice Bucket Challenge. In 2014, this challenge mobilized a multitude of celebrities who shared videos on social networks throwing cubes of ice water for a good cause. The campaign pursued this gesture to raise money to fight against the Commonwealth.   

2.- #Water Bottle Flip Challenge. The challenge of throwing a bottle causing a twist in the air and falling on its feet is another that caused a sensation in the networks. A game of skill to which some well-known faces were added, such as Cristiano Ronaldo. 

3.- #Mannequin Challenge. It has also been popularized through the networks the proposal to record a video with many players totally frozen. One of the last to raise his challenge to the networks has been Michelle Obama.

4.- #Andy is comming. This fun challenge was to throw yourself on the ground when someone shouts the phrase 'Andy is comming', as if you were one of the toys in the movie Toy Story. He has left funny videos on the networks

5.- #The Blue Whale. The year 2017 brought to the networks this dangerous game that took the lives of some teenagers ahead. In Palma, a case of an adolescent related to this challenge was detected, which consisted of fulfilling around fifty challenges and ending suicide by jumping into the void.

6.- #Tide Pod Challenge. It is one of the last viralized challenges and of great danger for the health. In this case, what is proposed is to chew a washing machine detergent tablet.

7.- #Harlem Shake. It is one of the oldest challenges, of the year 2013. It consists of reproducing the Harlem Shake theme, in a video that starts with a person dancing, while around a group of people continues to act normally. After a second, there is a cut and everyone dance with exaggerated movements and striking costumes.
