The Kosovo Chamber of Commerce supports the decision of the Government of Kosovo, namely Finance Minister Bedri Hamza to push forward the return of the Independent Complaints Board to handle private sector complaints against the Tax Administration and Customs.
The KCA has previously raised its voice to reactivate the appeal board within TAK and form a complaint board to the labor inspectorate.
Furthermore, KCA expresses its readiness to contribute professionally in this regard, hoping that this board will have professional and not political appointments.
The KCA also urges Minister Hamza to be much closer to the demands of the major business problems that are being addressed in order to improve the climate of doing business in the country.
Otherwise, Finance Minister Bedri Hamza took a few days to decide on the establishment of the Appeals Board, which will resolve business complaints against the decisions of the Customs and Tax Administration of Kosovo.
