Wanna quit smoking?

YES! I do and I did! Just 23 days ago, I decided that I desire to be the best version of myself I could possibly be, which started me down a path of righteousness in self discovery. I knew that in order to be this so-called "better person", the first step was to stop smoking. Better yet, the first step was done, deciding that I have room for improvement. The second step in my journey was deciding to let it all go and try EVERYTHING a new. Meaning that I would not choose the insanity route (doing the same thing over again and expecting different results), however, I would choose to make all new decisions with all new ideas. Many who go through the "who am I" phase tend to turn everywhere but within to find these answers. I have had the keys to this change all along. Why have I denied myself? Why do I continue to punish myself, rob myself of joy and pretend I don't know what the hell to do???

These are legitimate questions, but at some point, you have to stop asking so many questions and just go with it. The answers are within. In order for me to quit, I had to exchange a bad habit for a good. After all, we are just creatures of habit. So what would I replace this bad habit with? Where would I direct the money that I was saving from not buying cigarettes anymore? How about cryptocurrencies? How about investing into myself? YES!!! Invest in myself is the best answer I have ever received (from myself). But how did you do it you ask?! Simple, just quit! Know that you have the power to change things you don't like about yourself. You possess a power within you that is unimaginable, to say the least. The mind is strong, if used properly! Left unused, will likely turn it to mush. Just kidding, I don't know about the mush part but I have spent too many years not using the power I came into this world possessing.

We have been programmed to believe that we are less than we truly are. The fact is we are far more powerful and divine than we think we are. The programming we have subjected ourselves to remains within the data stream. And this is where we choose to smoke or not smoke. By breaking the cycle of the program, and choosing to be better than before. Consciously deciding to alter the code of our sub-consciousness, tricking our minds into accepting the new program. It's no different from writing code for a computer program. Only we are the computers, and our years of experience on this planet has essentially written our current code. Turn off your televisions, put down your phones, close your laptops!!! Step out into nature and change your programming!!!

It is my belief that like any program, it takes moments to write and apply. So take a moment and decide...choose your path and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If all it takes is 21 days to change the program, then I am riding the waves of change for the next few weeks. What about yourself? Do you believe in yourself enough to spend the next 21 days changing one thing about yourself you wish to change? How much is peace of mind worth to you? What would it take to motivate you to change what you have wanted to change so badly but fell short every time you've tried? For myself, all it took was a moment!!!
