Changelly not sending money is that normal?

I am still new to the crypto currencies but here is what happened today. I am trying to change some bitcoin into lightcoin. I have a Coinbase account, so I send the money to them which they received and the transaction can be found online, no issues. It took them over 2 hours to convert it and now they are saying the transfer is complete but if I click on the output transaction hash it says it cannot be found. Any thoughts on that, any experience? I appreciate the help.
