Meeting a Master in Changsha - Chinese Martial Arts

Greetings from David 大卫 Dawei...

I walk to a crowded Martyr's park and come across Master Wei Zi Yun, who is there to help people perfect their forms/kata.
Wherever you go in China, you will find people in the parks and along the rivers, singing, dancing, playing games/cards and practicing their Tai Chi.
I include his phone number should you be in Changsha and want to inquire about lessons/instruction.
