History: It is said that the first person to be buried in a graveyard becomes its guardian, but what most people don't know is that it's true. Olivia was the first person buried in the graveyard around the town that is now known as Lagro, presumably when it was first settled and she was the first person to die there.
The circumstances of her life, how she died, and anything else have become lost over the centuries. Olivia only remembers her name now, and the rest is just her job. Every person who is buried in that graveyard is her charge; if their souls have not already passed to the other side she seeks them out and helps them do so. She helps if they need just to talk through their feelings or if they need revenge, and if they are waiting for someone else she keeps them company while they wait.
Some are easier to handle than others, but no matter what Olivia does her job as best she can. It's a weary existence, but being the first buried dictates she cannot move on and so she continues because she has no other choice in the matter.
