A few days ago I decided to take my "health check" to a whole new level and actually get a "real" test done. While searching online, I found a good company called Everlywell. 💁♂️
What is Everlywell?

They have numerous tests but this time I went with the "Heart Health" version that will test my Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and Triglycerides. ❤️️💛💚
I'm getting old as hell, why not get tested! 😂

Each one one of these test will cost around $79-$300 which is a pretty good deal in my book. Usually these tests from a local verified physician can cost thousands of dollars. 🏥
So if you want to get tested, I highly recommend using them.
Everlywell is a popular and respectable company... they were even on the famous TV Show "Shark Thank" last year. 📅
Yes, a shark did invest with them. 🙋♂️
Health is everything in my book.... yes, more important than money. No one likes to feel like shit everyday so might as well get checked out and start living a better and happier life.

I'm much fitter after using @actifit for over a year. I used to get a bad back and that's fixed. My knee used to get sore sometimes, doesn't happen now. I've lost weight and don't get out of breath.

Nope definitely don’t enjoy feeling like crap most days 😅 did a bunch of tests myself over the last 2 years... nearly everything and results have been inconclusive 🤦♂️ my heart tests came back that I have a healthy but abnormally slow and steady heart under load it just thumps harder but not much faster... hell I blew the doc away with 100% blood oxygenation yet no idea why it aches at times...
