If you haven't heard the news, Justin Sun (Creator of TRON) wins a $4.57 Million eBay charity auction to have a 3 hour lunch with Warren Buffett.
This news have the "talk of the day" in the crypto space for the last 24 hours and lots of opinions are currently being thrown around.
Many are saying that this is great news for the crypto space but some are saying that "Justin" is a bad representation for the community as a whole.
Why is Justin Sun Hated so much? 🤷♂️
There are many reasons that... from him plagiarizing the TRON white paper, the constant lies on twitter, buying fake followers, his inside connection with CZ of Binance, all the fake partnerships, the shady Tesla giveaways, constant announcements of announcements and so much more.
I'm not hating on Justin but if it looks like duck, quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck... right? 🤣
Some people are saying, it's just marketing. Well it's great marketing but it doesn't make it good with all the dishonestly and lies. 🤦

The good thing about this lunch is that Justin Sun can invite 7 people with him. Hope he chooses his people wisely like Andreas Antonopoulos and Anthony Pompliano who I highly respect in the Cryptocurrency worlds.
Can this lunch change Warren Buffet Mind about Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies? He did say Bitcoin a scam, a delusion, and a space packed with con-artists, “charlatans,” and money launderers. 😲
Shit Funny... does it matter if Warren Buffet changes his mind about Bitcoin? Probably Not. 😏
His net worth is around $80 Billion Dollars. 💰
Dude might already have shit loads of Bitcoin hidden away but due to his banking and stock market relationships, he has to bash Crypto. That's how he made his fortune, DUH!

Morally I'm totally with you, what I'm talking about is his communication and marketing talents.
I just see a shitcoin named Tron in the top 10, and it can be argued that it was largely from Justin Sun's marketing efforts.
Same goes for Bitconnect for example, doesnt mean I endorse them morally.
I'd prefer if these skills were used to further the good in the world too, instead of pumping some shitcoin...

In my thinking, the money is not wate. Just think how NED wasted the money from Steemit inc. and which near Zero development was going on.... This was true waste of money. Even the endless Power down....
Justin is using it for Marketing. If it was right to spend this for dinner, we will see only in the future. But the effect is allready, that Tron is more in the media as before. So in that case, i think its right spend. Becasue the poor people have help, and Justin gets in Contact with the right man, Tron goes more famous. If he spend 4 million on TV advertinsing, ( which is as well not much for Worldwide) than even than people will say anything against him.
If the Money for the dinner was spend without the social help for the poor people than we truly can say that this is something different.

I think it's not really about changing Buffett's opinion about Bitcoin. I'm pretty sure it has more to do with gaining broader visibility through the attention outreach this perceived legendary investing figure holds. Why? Well, simply because it looks obviously in line with what seems to me like Justin Sun constantly aiming at mass adoption. And I would like to take BitTorrent's acquisition as one other perfect example of this wide casting-oriented marketing strategy. Add to that Tron being one of the simpler blockchain protocols to familiarize oneself with from a user's perspective and I believe he has a pretty good recipe to continue growing one of the already largest crypto communities.
